I can’t say “No” from my brother’s Request

Yesterday I met my brother because he said I need you your help.

when I saw him, what can I do for you? what do you want me to do? In fact my brother's request is always troublesome.

his request the money 30,000yen because he had no cost of living. And to buy his girlfriend's birthday present. I said "why I give you money for your girl friends?". He said "I know it is bad way, but my my girlfriend got so angry because I forgot her birthday and the promise to go short trip on her birthday. I don't have money to go trip' so I want you to help me".

Always he was in trouble, and he call me to help, but I can't hate my brother. I feel he have the atmosphere that we are leaded to help him unknowing.

So I give him the money, and take him the Yakiniku restaurant( I didn't have no plan to go dinner with him...)

Anyway I knew deeply I can't ignore and reject my brothers requests and I maybe feel good to help him. Is it good or bad?
