Time management is the powerful skill

I'm reading the book about time management. The author worked at Microsoft as a programmer and developed the OS "Windiws95". The software development project needs severe time management because modules of the it link each other so if one task don't finish, it means all tasks are late.

He said time management leads good work and high output. It make your assessment better and take you next interesting project. 
I think most important claim he want to say is you must finish your work on time delivery as a businessman. Finishing is more important than perfect. 
And the point of finishing the work is start dash. We do and make prototype ahead of schedule to estimate the correct time to finish the work and get the good feedback. If we can do that, we can finish the work certainly and use to update the quality.

I feel time management is difficult for me, so I can't control my time. But I can change my thought to read the book. It's challenging but worth to do. I try to this method to get the time to update my output and to use what I want to do.
