Anger management is important

Today I asked a question my client who is in charge of operation. I didn't know the reason, he got angry at me. Of course I thought I had a mistake to ask perhaps, but I didn't consent to his attitude because my question related to his jobs. Anyway I got the answer and complete the preparation of the meeting.

I thought he was in trouble and he got nervous. But I didn't agree his reaction because I felt I didn't want to corporate him and had the negative impression.

So I studied anger management is important to work with somebody. If we get angry at anyone, his feelings get bad and maybe we can't make him corporate. We have no good thing to work with. I'll be careful to be the same.
