New house is comfortable

My new house is so comfortable. There are 3 reasons.

1. It's so large
New house is far larger than the one where I used to live. The site area is about 2 times. I'll do more to live more comfortable.

2. It's clean
The house is old. It's built about 20 years ago. But it was renovated, so it's so clean. Of cource all things is not perfect(I worried about details), but I'm satisfied with the condition.

3. There is roof balcony 
The house has roof balcony. It's also large.I can BBQ at it. And I can see The "Sky Tree". It's beautiful. It's my favorite place.

The rent is high but I famous this house. Maybe I live long time.
