"Torico" is the comic of hunting unknown foodstuffs

"Torico" is one of my favorite comics. It's the story of hunting unknown foodstuffs. This world's value standard is not money but foodstuffs. It represents that all people give top priority. And the a part of them, there are the strong hunters called "Bishokuya".  Their mission of life is to seek and discover new foodstuffs, and provide the people. So they are respected.

There are two hero. One of them is Torico( this comic's title is the name of hero) is the top hunter. He discovered 2% foodstuffs of the world. Other hero is Komatsu is the a cock who has great talent that he perceive the way of cooking any foodstuffs. Of cource this talent bloom in the second half of the story. They adventure around the world. 

This world is two area. One area is the world that people can live, another area is the dangerous area that there are lots of storong monsters and extreme wether. The hero's to achieve legend foodstuffs. 

They challenge a lot of things. Torico train his body to get stronger, Komatsu study and raise his technique. This training express the tema of the Jamp "Effort, Friendship, and Victory". It's the rule of right story, but I love it because I like the story of growing. 

I can't tell all of story, so I don't write more. This comic's interesting point I think is This rule of the world that the value standard. The growing story is classic, but the main item of the story is new. I like to eat dericious foods, so I sympathize hero's mind. If you like to eat and know about new foods, I recommend this comic.
