I learn the mind that we have to solve the problems by myself

I joined a project from November as a manager. On this project I learn the mind that we have to solve the problems by myself because anyone won't solve them.

This project is first experience as a manager, so I struggle to manage the project. Then a lot of problems and something to think are happened, and I have to solve them. From becoming a manager I can try to solve by the direction of the manager, but now my role is changed to direct to solve by myself. Of course my boss helps me, but he only gives me advices, he doesn't solve them. 

He said "You are manager, aren't you? Your mission is direct the project. So Any things that prevent you from going are solved". I understand the manager's mission and mind.

It's not easy but exiting work I think because a part of key of the sucsess is on my hand. I'm the begginer of manager, but I try to make it.
