Is it really important what you think now?

I watched the youtube of troubles. The key I think is the question that "is it really important what you think now?". Actually almost of all troubles we always have is not important because it doesn't change anything.

It is said that the troubles can be devided 3 kinds. 
1. Greed
2. Angry
3. Delusion( or wrong belef)

Especially delusion is main cause of troubles. We tend to be troubled without looking at facts, and negate ourselves or attack others for avoiding recieve facts. And within the reaction, negating ourselves is the worst because to negate ourselves cause absense of desire for recognition that we can't throw away, but we all really desire. So we are more and more get nercous and feel being troubles. It's really wasteful situation. 

In the first place, the troubles are reaction of mind. It only occurs in our own mind. If we know that, we can think we can handle them by ourselves can't we? The answer is Yes.We can handle it by 4 ways.
1. Hope others sucsess and happy
2. Symphasize others troubles
3. Symphasize others pleasure
4. Throw greed, angry and delusion away

Of course it is not easy for us because we all keep being troubles from a litte boy and girl. But when we can do it, we can live more freely and feel happy than now. I learn we don't have to react things that makes us down. It's waste of time.
