Too many cafes are too cold.

Cafe is good place to read books but it's too cold. When I went to the cafe at Ueno, maybe there is 22-3 degree. Air conditioning is too effective.

I understand that the customers who sit down the cafe is male, they requests much cooler temperature. But the people who is coldness like me and my wife, it's hard to keep sitting down same seats. So I feel everytime that I go to cafe that is too cold I receive the massage "We order that you drink and go out quickly".

Probably it's not correct, but it's hard for me to spent the time slowly in cold place. I hope the Air conditioning set the temperature 27-8 degree.
